Allergy asthma is a horrible problem! But not to stress, although its a right pain if you suffer from it, your very much not alone. Its the most common form of asthma in the USA and the world for that matter, and allergy inducing can be very common around even the cleanest of homes.

The problem is, that if your allergies are triggerd by what ever happens to set them off, this is usually the trigger for your asthma too. Lets look at a prime example, and one that alot of people dont do much to try and fix!

Many people are allergic to pets, without even sometimes exhibiting very noticeable symptoms. Allergy asthma from pets could be brought on by even being in the room where a pet has been, and often first the allergy will start and then the airways will start to inflame, causing the allergy sufferer to get asthma and suffer an attack.

Other very common allergen triggers that also lead to allergy asthma are pollen and air bourne substances, like smoke and even some smells. The allergy doesnt even have to be respiratory to trigger allergy asthma, many people suffer from alllergy asthma that is brough on by skin allergies, such as seafood, chemicals and other skin triggers. Docotrs are not really sure why these reactions cause allergy asthma, but research continues into this phenomenom.

Knowing this, is it then simply a case of treating the allergy, and then reducing the asthma symptoms? Well, spot on. This is one of the best ways to deal with allergy asthma, and by not even exposing yourself to the allergy trigger to begin with, youve gone a step better. Some people go for shots, called immunotherepy, to curb their asthma symptoms via their allergies, and this is common accepted medical practise for those with allergy asthma.

But what if you have a family history of allergies of a certain type, and your children suffer from asthma? Well, in this case, you should be particularly mindufl of the asthma allergy correllation, as these allergies are passed on through genes, meaning your children with asthma are at special risk. It pays to be ready for this as they grow up.

The real way to control and deal with allergy asthma, is to know your triggers and know what your limits are. By controlling your allergy asthma through common sense, you will lower your chances of being caught out with allergy asthma.
